Eligibility and Accurate Information
NuStar PH is intended only for eligible adults aged 21 and above. You should not create an account if you are underage, registering on behalf of somebody else, or located somewhere that does not allow you to participate. The responsibility for understanding rules that apply to your location remains with you.
Your NuStar PH registration information must be complete and truthful. Use your real name rather than a nickname, and make sure your date of birth is correct. A typing mistake can create unnecessary delays when your account needs to be verified. If an error is discovered after registration, use the proper account support process rather than opening another profile.
Only one NuStar PH account should be created per person. Duplicate accounts can create security concerns and may be restricted while the information is reviewed. Family members who are eligible to register should use their own contact details, devices where practical, and personal payment accounts.
Keep Contact Details Available
Your mobile number and email may be used for login verification, security notices, and important account updates. Keep them current and do not use a temporary inbox or a number controlled by someone else. NuStar PH account messages should be reviewed promptly, particularly when they relate to password changes or transaction activity.
Verification and Password Safety
Identity checks are a normal part of maintaining a safer online betting account. NuStar PH may ask for information or documentation that confirms your identity, age, or payment ownership. When requested, submit readable and current records through the designated NuStar PH process. Do not alter a document or cover details that are required for verification.
Your NuStar PH password should be different from the passwords used for email, social media, GCash, Maya, or online banking. Longer passwords are generally more difficult to guess. Avoid using your birthday, mobile number, partner's name, favourite PBA team, or other information that can be found easily.
Do not share one-time verification codes. A legitimate account process should not require you to disclose your full password to another person. If you notice a login, password change, or transaction you do not recognise, stop using the account and seek assistance immediately. Acting quickly can reduce the risk of further unauthorised activity.
Use Your Own Payment Account
Deposits and withdrawals should be made through a payment method registered in your own name whenever required. Using another person's wallet, card, or bank account can trigger additional NuStar PH checks. It can also make it harder to establish who authorised a transaction.
